As it is such a showery day, I went up to RSPB so that I could sit in the hide. Mind you I did get a shower as I was making my way along the track but I wasn't too bothered. Anyway, I saw this sweet little goldfinch standing on this branch just before he flew down to the feeder. Goldfinches are lovely little birds and it's not as though I don't get them in my garden but I liked this shot because there's no feeder in it.
Going on from yesterday's rant, it seems I'm not the only one who is fed up of more housing being built to ruin villages. It is such a shame.
