Taken through the kitchen window (which I really must clean but it keeps raining!). Bobbie blackbird is really tame too and both him and Betsey come down for some suet pellets when I am near the food store which I call the bird cafe!
After a rather harrowing afternoon, I walked to the post office to post a get well card to my sister in law who has had a heart attack and is currently in Dijon hospital. My brother moved to France a few years ago so it was awful to hear that she was unwell when he phoned me on Tuesday night. Then I walked to the Garden Centre where my tears turned to laughter when I saw a couple of friends that I haven't seen for a while. It really did me good.

So glad you found something to laugh about and I hope your sister in law recovers quickly. The blackbird is looking fine with that sprinkling of rain on his back.
