Sorry about the lack of contact yesterday but I had been having problems with my laptop and had spent most of the afternoon trying to sort it out. In the end I gave up and when I booted it up today, (fingers crossed) it seemed to be OK.
I went for a walk along Wood Lane this morning as the weather forecast is for torrential rain later lasting through into Wednesday so I'm not looking forward to that. Bearing in mind what the weather is going to be doing, I thought I would have a look and see whether the new potatoes are ready for digging and I am pleased to say that they are so we are going to have some for our dinner tonight.
