I was sitting out in the garden reading Pete Townsend's autobiography but I had my camera by my side and when I saw this lovely female chaffinch alight onto the bird bath, I just had to get a shot of her. I had recently cleaned out refilled the bird bath so I think she was repaying me by posing so nicely. This is SOOC and is not cropped as she was so near.
