I know that this is just a common house sparrow but we don't usually get them in our garden for some reason. I was delighted to see this little female back again today as I have seen her on the odd occasion. I hope she will continue to visit. The song thrush comes each day too so I have lots of birds to watch from my kitchen window.
I have been busy making blueberry and lemon muffins this morning and I was glad to have the oven on as it seems so cold today.

We have an overabundance of these sparrows, with more on the way, as every birdhouse my husband has put up around the property is occupied by sparrows! LOL Wish I could send some your way! You captured her very nicely!
