The church in Bromham Road

This was formerly the Church of the Holy Trinity but it is now used as kitchen and dining rooms for the 6th form college next door which sounds rather sad. However, it gave me something to photograph while waiting for Steve to come out of the Dentist where he had gone for a check up. At least it doesn't feature a bird or animal which makes a change!

Thank you for getting Little and Large on PP yesterday and for all your kind comments and Favs. It is always much appreciated.
It does seem to be a rather sad use for such a lovely old church.

I used to work there when it was the high school. I was lucky enough to have access to the original awkward places to get to. You should see the workmanship that still survives.
If I can fid the photos I took, I'll send some in messenger

Not far from where my late Father lived in Shorstown. He survived the famous R101 airship crash in 1930 after taking off from Cardington on a voyage to India, lovely church building Rosie. FAV

@ladymagpie It’s interesting to know that your father lived in Shortstown which is only 2 or 3 miles from where I live. Also that you are aware of his knowledge about the R101
