I walked along Wood Lane yesterday before we went to our friend's for lunch. We ate too much as usual and paid for it later! I really should avoid Christmas as it always seems to make me feel bad. I think it's because I don't eat a lot of meat normally and it all gets piled on at Christmas time. Perhaps I should have a veggie lunch instead.
