I sat down in the wildflower garden at Priory and it was so peaceful. I spent a bit of time watching the birds, bees and a couple of squirrels who were stealing nuts from the feeders. I am trying not to walk too far because of my foot and back but it's very frustrating. I have been to the Osteopath's today but I've also made an appointment to see my Doctor next week because I've got so many other symptoms and it's getting me down a bit. I just want to get out walking in the sunshine and have a good night's sleep! Not a lot to ask you might think but at the moment it is all eluding me.

As for the foot - are you putting ice on it? Mine is helped by resting it on an ice-pack at the end of the day. Also put a bottle of water in the freezer and roll the arch of your foot over it, and stretch out your calf muscles after walking. Hope this helps.
