A pair of chaffinches have been regular visitors to the sunflower seed feeder on the washing line which is just outside my kitchen window and I think they are getting used to me watching them. They certainly appreciate the seeds and I am forever filling this one up. The thrush was waiting for me when I got home so I just had to put a second helping out for her before the starlings finished it off.
The weather has been awful today, very wet and windy but now the sun has come out but I hadn't the energy to go out for a walk and I need to get on with dinner. Why is my life dependent upon doing things at certain times of the day!! I must go and talk about reducing my hours so I only have to go into work a couple of days a week.
