Common Blue

It's unusual to see a blue butterfly round here but I've seen one 2 days running so I thought I had better get a shot. He is sitting on some deadly nightshade.

Lovely capture. Is this a Common Blue? There was an article on the TV news this morning about how they are not so 'common' any longer and a survey is being done to try and work out how many there are. Although if you don't live in the UK then all this is rubbish lol.
