It is a bit sad down Wood Lane at the moment as one of the great characters of the village passed away last week and he always swore by his "ribena" which was home made wine. If you had a drink with Joe, you could hardly walk home again! Also another chap down there is in hospital seriously ill with septacaemia. It makes me feel rather sad.
