Feeding together

The long tailed tit and blue tit were feeding quite happily together. The funny thing is that when I go to RSPB I don't seem to see as many species of birds as I do in my own garden. The redpolls (a male and female) seem to be regular visitors to the feeder outside my kitchen. I didn't see any up at RSPB.
Beautiful capture - I'm also intrigued as to how you attract so many birds to your table Rosie! We have just put a bird table up but no interest has been shown so far.

@lyndamcg I offer a variety of food - sunflower hearts, peanuts, suet balls, nyjer seed, a special mix for ground feeding birds such as blackbirds, suet pellets, sultanas and bluetit mix. At the moment I have stopped giving them suet blocks until the balls have all been used up. I also give them mealworms especially enjoyed by my friend the robin
