I hope this isn't a poorly greenfinch

I thought this little fellow looked a bit poorly and I hope that I'm wrong as I cleaned all the feeders yesterday and don't want him to pass anything on to other birds. Also greenfinches had such a bad time with diseases so I hope they haven't got it back again.

I thought he was just fluffed up against the cold wind, its a great capture Rosie:)

He looks sort of puffed up as if cold, but that looks like strange stuff on its beak.
