Talk about low flying aircraft

I was rather surprised to see this Hurcules fly past so low over the fields. At one point, it looked as though it was going to fly into the trees. We don't have the type of airfield around here for it to be coming in to land so I just wondered why it was so low.

They do fly very low I've noticed, when they've flown near here

Perhaps they were doing an exercise - or looking for drug fields? It would have made a thunderous noise!

Nice capture Rosie but your identification is a little off its a Lockheed C-130 Hercules transport aircraft:)
