In between the flowers I got this fly, I'm not sure what they are called but they are my faves for their green bottle iridescent colour.

@cameronknowlton This was with my Canon Macro 100mm f2.8 no tubes and handheld, yup end of season and the flies were getting a bit sluggish ;-)
