Polesden Lacey by rumpelstiltskin

Polesden Lacey

This is one of the decorative garden urns at Polesden Lacey, a National Trust property near Leatherhead, Surrey. The house was owned by Mrs Greville, whose wealth came from the McEwan brewery. Mrs Greville was extremely well connected, and the future George V and Queen Elizabeth, the Queen Mother, spent part of their honeymoon at Polesden Lacey.
Very nicely chosen pov
