It should have been British Cheese Week, but obviously that became an online event with no tasting! The wonderful Katrina had a lovely selection of cheeses so we had Goat, ''The cheese with no name'', a yellow Cornish something with beautiful crystals and a Welsh blue. Then I discovered that a neighbour had made wooden board/platters and decide that they were a perfect match! It also looks good with my tiny vases of wild flowers sat upon it on the kitchen table. Its a really solid lump ......so once again those upper body gym sessions have paid off!!!
