Melting

The reflection of this run-down old tire store shows the sudden change in weather, as big snow banks are being quickly replaced by puddles. We had quite a bit of fresh snow last night, but just hours later it turned to heavy, wet slush. We will get more snow tonight, so tomorrow could be a mess.
Great Reflection in the melted snow! Nice shot

I love the reflection!!
The clearness of it means no wind! Yay! Highway 20 was closed from Ashton to the Montana state line because the wind was so fierce it was blowing snow all over the place. I guess March is coming in like a lion!

Puddles of this scope are really a problem, but you've made this look beautiful. Wonderful reflection shot.

A wonderful find and capture. So nice of the snow to melt and give you the opportunity for that great reflection.

@kbird61 @darsphotos @homeschoolmom @smellychelli @jgpittenger @johenn @taffy @sansjuan @carolnorman @monkeykid Thanks everyone. This was a very dull scene with gray light and light snow, so it was boosted with the ink outlines filter in Photoshop Elements.

@ivan @soboy5 Thanks, Ivan and Danny. I was going for a gritty look in this old business.

Great urban reflection shot. I like the personalisation with the sign saying "RV parts and spares!

@seanoneill I actually had you in mind when I took this, Sean. I wanted a gritty look, but when I tried B&W thought the loss of color in the signs didn't work. So, I subdued the color everywhere but the signs by using the ink outlines filter in Photoshop Elements. I can't say I was totally happy with the result, but it was fun trying.

Another great reflection shot. This one has an edgy feeling to it, sort of the classic "street photography" feel. Quite a bit different than your normal work.

Another great reflection.

@stillcrappysailor @moxy Thanks, Sailor and Shelly. I tried for a grittier look than my "normal" style, but can't wait for the weather to clear up enough to get back to ghost town hunting.
