Scrap metal Mirror

CW. Reflections in a old car window on a ranch. I used this location to take pictures for a camera club composition lesson.

Note: CW means "critique welcome". If you would like your photos critiqued, let everyone know by placing it at the beginning of your description.
Nice perspective here Ros. The reflection is really clear, well done!

At first I though the reflection was off of water. Very clear reflection. Nicely done.

@lisatargowska @moxy @soboy5 @smellychelli @trinda @falcon11 @kbird61 @libertylady Well... I was trying to play tricks on your eyes, but from the comments maybe this goes too far? The wide-angle lens does some strange things, and I sure had fun using it here. Thanks for all your comments and opinions.

You surely did tricks on my old eyes. I had to look at it, read your narrative, and look at it again. The large red "piece" got me. Great perspective and momentarily confusing. Should be an interesting lesson in composition.

As others have said, the optical illusion played tricks with us -- I thought it was a lake. The composition has some interesting lines from the trucks which is intriguing -- usually it would be nature creating the leading line, and here it's man-made.

Neat place to look for reflections! I like how the distortion tricks the viewer.

Bob
Nicely done. The window gives a bit of distortion and the colors blend in.
