Yay, this is my 1st attempt of taking a pic through a crystal ball.
I have been meaning to try this for sometime, but never found the right opportunity. So here it is. It's not perfect, I know, ( I was scared of dropping it !), but it's a start.

A word of warning - Never travel with a crystal ball in your hand luggage, unless you don't mind being stopped at airport security, as I found out at Gatwick Airport ( they must have thought it was a hand grenade)!

wow! lovely! oddly enough i was searching for crystal balls at the weekend as really fancy giving this a go, although my scenery is slightly different and nowhere near as exotic! lol :-)
@rwhite I've just ordered a 50mm and 80mm from Amazon! We have a week on the Isle of Wight in 3 weeks and then 2 weeks in France in August, so all in all I'm not doing badly!! You have left so much rain behind!!!
