Oh what a tangled web we weave When first we practice to deceive

They seem to come from nowhere. I walk past here most days, although not yesterday...and this morning I saw this splendid web in the early sunshine. I had no idea how long it takes such to be spun/woven. Aka Google, an average spider takes between 30 - 60 minutes to completely spin its web.

Great shot and the light is just right to see the web's details...Does it take the spider 30-60 sec or 30-60 min to weave a web?

I love spiders webs and find them difficult to photograph but you have done an excellent job!

Visiting late as I had a friend over for breakfast(the maple oat scones were wonderful even if from a mix) and then my new lesson for scrapbooking arrived and I was playing all afternoon and then just before bed time I was playing again with freelensing and finally out for a photo ride this morning (lots of good and bad photos which I have made one pass at). So forgive me for being late. So spiders are talented and fast.

Really like this, the tilt of the box and web is great. I am amazed about the speed that these little ones work at.
