...At the Grotte in preparation for the traditional outdoor Mass for the Feast of Pentecost in 10 days time. Although Mitzi and I don't see many others on this morning constitutional, today was a pleasant exception. Here's R at the back of the pack that had been strimming and clearing the alleys, paths and planting flowerbeds. On Monday the ladies team will clean the Grotto itself, a task that includes washing all the Thank you and Memorial plaques, cleaning all the benches and generally putting the finishing touches to complement what the men have already done.
