After this shot, all 7 of us (4 dogs and 3 owners) had an interesting walk in an area that I don’t know well. Stunning Autumn colours, interesting views and scenery, good company...couldn't have asked for more.

The collars...thereby lies a tale. The one that Mitzi is wearing was made by me for Princesse, M's predecessor. I altered it as the elastic had expired and needed to be changed. I'd mentioned this 'party collar' when we 3 owners had our extended coffee session in the morning. When we foregathered later, Véronique had made and brought collars for the whole 'pack'. M kept her inherited 'royal' collar and the others had these lovely versions from Véro. Don't they look glum?
