Quince blossom...and a spot of bokeh. by s4sayer

Quince blossom...and a spot of bokeh.

This Quince bush came from R's parents' garden in Norwich some years ago. Neither of us have a passion for gardening; so flowers, fruit and/or vegetables aren’t often a result of our labours. However we are now festing on our own raspberries...and they are luscious. Meanwhile, this blossom comes into its own on black.
Wonderful to have your own raspberries. I've never seen a quince before, (except as bottles of jam in a home crafts stall and that doesn't count!), so I'm looking forward to seeing your fruit

We keep eating them!
Note to self. Take shot...and then eat the lot;-)

Beautiful on black! I find raspberries difficult as the birds tend to get them first!

Would love to see a picture of a quince please (or I could go and google it, but won't be as artistic as yours!)

Like the simplicity and that the bokeh reminds me of a gentle mist coming.

I didn't realise the quince was still in flower... good spot, they are such pretty flowers and a wonderful colour.
