This lock is just 15 minutes walk from the camp site along the towpath. Although Mitzi was happy to sniff, I enjoyed a short respite from the intensive sun in the shade. Seems like ages since we there...the R’Oracle assures me it was only 9 days ago!
Coati Grac'h is my favourite lock on this stretch of the canal because of the the remains of the former hydro-electric plant which can just be seen in your pic - great framing by the way.
