Le Pavillon is a château at Paimpont, owned by a family that we know. During WW2, said château and grounds were occupied by German military as their HQ for the whole of occupied France.
The current occupants recently invited some friends (including R & me) to visit the underground quarters which were constructed below 2 meters of reinforced concrete. The stairways were comparatively narrow and the ceilings low. We were able to take photos, although the light was limited...and there wasn’t much to see...70 years later. However thought you might like seeing the back door into the chateau ;-)
I was fascinated to learn that the stone looks a bit patchy because the whole chateau was painted with camouflage paint during the war and some of the residue still sticks.

Not as far as I know. It's a private residence and I have no reason to think that the owners would welcome it being a tourist/historical attraction. There are many chateaux in France, particularly in the Loire valley and make an interesting route/tour.
