Bordering Paimpont Lake is a Reindeer Farm and Dogsledding. The Reindeer are splendid, yet quite difficult to photograph as they are well protected to ensure their well-being. This is the best shot I’ve managed to achieve even though I pass most days. The Dogsledding is remarkable. Husky type dogs, 12 of them, pull the sled with gusto, whilst their Driver yells to them as pick up speed. They bark vociferously before they set off...and their silence is replaced by the rushing of the sled, propelled by K9 efficiency and their Driver's expertise and control. Magnificent!
You saved my memory. I have been trying to remember what an old client of mine raised on his farm. I remember it was lean meat and I believe it was reindeer.
Is there enough snow to dogsled where you live? I would enjoy seeing that. Are you using manual focus? When I'm shooting through a window screen, I find manual focus gives me a bit clear view of the subject. Might work for the fence. I'd probably try to get close to this one and put my lens at or through the holes in the fence.
