I've seen avian murmurations at Swindon and Brighton...and now l've seen the French version too. These enjoyed changing places on the cable before settling. Meanwhile the others performed some acrobatics before taking their places on the wire. I rang R so that he might get some better shots, unfettered by Mitzi!
This shot was taken with my phone whilst walking with Mitzi...hardly ideal conditions. Meanwhile, l rang R so that he could take a shot from Vignouse...he being static, without restless K9. I rarely take such shots...but a mediocre shot is better than none at all.
A shot for the day however it turns out...I love to see the birds congregating on the wires....I never saw the swallows this year sadly but have seen loads of starlings.
They do this every day! Today I was in the right place...without camera. O me miserum!
