Bravo for this guy, who is a fixture in Provincetown on Cape Cod. He rides his bicycle up and down the street garnering lots of attention.

great capture, Shirley....love this shot.....we were in P-town on Friday the 15th and saw this same person riding his bike down the street......unfortunately it was one of those rare times when my camera wasn't ready!
