A tree's strength

This tree split this rock many years ago as it grew. The rock keeps moving apart as the tree grows. It took me several days until there were no cars or trucks around it. Played around with the processing. It has rained a lot today but it was a great day for celebrating my friend's retirement AND her 60th birthday. Thanks for looking in on my albums. amazing that the tree can do that.......we saw some of this kind of thing when we were in the Smoky Mountains.

I think I processed it too much but it made the entire thing look like the granite rock the tree was growing through. Thanks for your comments. All appreciate.
