First sailboat in canal. by sailingmusic

First sailboat in canal.

Well this boat looked like it was returning from wintering in FL possibly. I liked all of its flags. MA Maritime is in the background so these folks were heading east thru the Cape Cod Canal and headed north probably. It was in the mid 40s today, not very warm but these people are all enclosed in plastic. What's the fun in that? 4/12/2019PP
Beautiful boat- the plastic may not look pretty but I confess I'd like the wind barrier too if the temp was at 40.

I agree with you about being encased in plastic. In my opinion, and I have never been on a sailing boat, the fun of sailing is in feeling the cool/cold wind blowing on your face while you guide the boat. Lovely capture and I like the flags.

I agree, one of the best things about being on a boat is feeling the wind in your hair :)
