Found this opening bloom in the garden this morning, yesterday it was still only a bud. they have such gorgeous colour. Will keep an eye on it and hopefully capture it again when fully open!

Get Pushed Challenge: I have been doing this challenge on and off...
This is absolutely stunning! I once had one of these as a pot plant (or something similar). I discovered with that plant that I should probably stick to artificial house plants from now on! lol
@gazbadger I have been told that they do grow really well in pots. I have a "Mandela's Gold" - which is a gorgeous sunshine yellow colour instead of orange - growing in a pot, but it hasn't flowered for 3 years. I'm thinking I should just plant it out and hope for the best!
They are such stunning flowers. Unless you have an indoor room to keep them they don't grow here- too cold! I'm looking forward to seeing the whole blossom shot.
@taffy@yorkie We are lucky enough that these plants like the conditions around where I live. They are indigenous to this area and most gardens have at least one plant growing. They are also grown in most of the public green areas around the village. Some of the bushes are rather large, I will try to get some nice pictures of them.
