@radiogirl I should have put an explanation in my description! The restaurant where this picture was taken makes their own Ice-cream which is so rich and creamy. It really is a really lovely drink.

@kwiksilver we are lucky enough to be able to make them at home. The quality of the ice-cream makes a huge difference to the final outcome.
