For my get pushed challenge from Heather @romeheather - 'you mentioned in your profile that you are happy with your DSLR and are exploring its in camera options--that's what I'd like to see; A photograph that emphasises (if not exaggerates) any of your camera's 'bells and whistles' ; featuring one or more in-camera functions of your choice'
Using the monochrome function. I so seldom use this function as I shoot mainly in RAW and do conversions in post processing.
I'm from Tulbagh, Western Cape, South Africa. Tulbagh is a small farming community.
Get Pushed Challenge: I have been doing this challenge on and off...
Sally, apologies for not getting this challenge to you last night. And I know it is later in the day where you are. I don't have time to go back through all of your 2000+ shots, but I did look back quickly through the monthly views for the last 2 1/2 years. You have tried a bunch of different things -- clearly are a Photoshop wizard, and have mastered animal photography. I love this one. I see you recently posted an interior shot of a new cafe, but I don't see others. So your challenge this week is to shoot an interior space for your subject. It can be a room in your house, in a friend's house, a store, church, school room. It can be empty or have people in the shot. But the subject has to be the space itself - larger view, not just a small architectural detail. Show me the character of that space. How does that sound?
Another beautiful one.
