Playing Catch

For my get pushed challenge from Francesca @frappa77 - My proposal for you is to take an action shot.

My girls were very happy to model some action pictures for me!
@frappa77 first action shot.

What gorgeous girls! Border Collie? And is that a Belgian Tuv in the back? Both stunning.

Fabulous action shot. Love how the dog in front is so focused on the ball.

@terrinorthwind the front dog - Skye, is a Border Collie Australian Shepherd cross and the dog in the back - Kaela, is a long coat German Shepherd. They are both ball mad!

This qualifies! Did I tell you Ralph swallowed a rubber ball, the size of a tennis ball? I won't let him go near a ball now.

Love the paw that's just about to hit the ground.

Great shot. I see Kaela still isn't parting company with her own ball though.

@salza
This is fantastic! Your dogs are wonderful and I love how you managed to catch them while playing... It seems they are having a lot of fun! I like the effect of movement on their fur and the lighting...

@gooner46 oh no! I hope that he didn't suffer. Thankfully none of my delinquents has ever swallowed a whole ball. Kaela does on occasion shred a ball and we have to check that she doesn't swallow any of the bits. We don't give the girls tennis balls as Kaela always breaks them within about half an hour. The balls we use are hollow plastic kiddies toys that come with a squeak. We remove the squeak before giving them the ball as it's something that they could easily swallow. I imagine Ralph needed to visit the vet to have the ball removed.
