This is the pup that we are fostering. Seems that due to a rather poor nutritional start to her life she has developed rickets. So her legs need to be strapped. Initially strapping was to be left in place for seven days but due to so many differences of opinions her stapping is for 24 hours then can be removed at night and replaced in the mornings so that when she is active there is some support. She will be reassessed after seven days. The vet is happy with her progress otherwise though. She has gained 400 grams in a week and is a lot more active and has a shine to her eyes now.
