be thankful. here in the northern hemisphere, it's raining, damp and cold. we could use some sunshine at least. very nice.

@summerfield Vikki we could do with lots of rain! We are experiencing a drought and have very strict water restrictions. What you don't see in this picture is the dead and dying grass and the sorry state of some of the shrubs. We may not use a hosepipe to water, only a bucket or watering can. Each household is restricted to 350 liters per day. If you use more you pay large penalties.

Looks wonderful, a blue would be a welcome sight here too but after reading your comment I feel sad, it´s so sad that we have too much of rain while you are suffering the lack of it

We didn't really have a hot summer- just a few patches of it. And now we are having a rather mild winter. Although it's raining and a little damp, I'll take that over the bitter cold any day! I hope the rain comes for you soon. I hate seeing the plants shrivel up from the lack of water.
