Over the past year I have taken many shots of birds of all shapes and sizes, but most of all swans. I find them amusing to watch and they amaze me how they manage to keep so white. So as this is my last shot of my 365 year I thought it would be appropriate to post a swan shot, This shot was taken on the river at Ely, in parts it has a manmade 'bank' so you actually stand well above the river. It was taken looking down at the swan, he stretched his neck up and placed his beak on the bank, I thought he looked rather sad, probably because I hadn't any food for him!! Another reason why I chose a swan as a last shot, was my most viewed and fav'd shot was this one "http://365project.org/samdan/365/2012-01-19">

This is such a cute shot. I notice the number says 363. Are there a couple shots missing somewhere? Anyway, congratulations. I'm glad you are staying to complete another year. I'm done with my 365 and have still kept going. It's hard to leave this site. Everyone is so nice.
