Icy fountain in Old Town Square

This isn't nearly as icy as the one I saw in Oakbrook, IL during Christmas, but I thought it was interesting.

Interesting fountain, with the the bird on top. I'm a little surprised it still has water. We drain most of our fountains in the winter.

Most of our fountains are drained. I was surprised it was running.
