We arrived in Evian late in the afternoon, checked-in in our hotel and were assigned our rooms. This is my first view of the area from the balcony of our room as seen through the glass front of this building.
Like Yvoire, Evian is located on the French side of Lake Geneve ( also known as Lac Leman). It is mostly reknown for its Evian Mineral Water which is exported worldwide. The Evian water began to be bottled in 1859 by the Cachat Mineral Water Company. There is a beautiful walk along the lake.

Thought the name sounded familiar, we have Evian bottled water here in the States, it is one of the more expensive ones, but very good..this panorama reflection is magnificent! And a definite FAV!
