AWACS

(Airborne Warning and Control System)
This is neither Jeff nor Nick. Took the shot at Għar id-Dud, Sliema.
The way it glided silently along the surface of the sea, this gull reminded me of those aircraft performing airborne security surveillance. I took the shot a couple of days ago when the day was very dull so I had to put some extra colour to the sea to brighten it up a bit.
Today is an even duller day with continuous rain and lower temperatures. It seems that winter has finally caught up with us too. Not sure if I’ll go out later.
