Posting early for tomorrow because we’re off to Gozo for the weekend. Hope I’ll be back with some good shots.
Tuscany holiday– day 6
Christine (my wife), Denise (my daughter) and Max wait at one of the gates of Cortona while Ian (son-in-law) and I went to fetch the car. A long wait because the car was parked far below the town. When you’re tired and fed up of climbing and descending what do you do? Swear? No, pick up the camera and take a photo to make you relax relax.
Thank you and God for your comments on the shot of the Montepulciano Lion with the human head in the mane. I can now happily cancel my appointment with the doctor to check my eyesight.
A beautiful capture and processing. A nice view into that lovely alley
Have a great time @sangwann Those ships never suppose to sail on sea . They are build to sail on the river Thames . (on the river Humber you did have an other type of vessel : the Humber Keel )
Wonderful texture, great use of focused light and colour. FAV. We are going to Tuscany next year on a cycling tour. You'll have to tell me the best places to go ;-)
Love the peek down the alley and all the hanging plants over the doorways!!! Great capture of your family as they wait for you guys to climb down to get the car!!! Sounds like a fun trip!!!
