I cannot say ‘Man with his dog’ because it is the dog that has the upper hand. I have seen this man carrying his dog in this manner quite a few times but I never had the chance to take a shot at him. This time he stopped close to where we were having a coffee in Spinola and took a quick shot with trepidation in case he noticed me.
They reminded me of the holy pictures we used to have when I was a boy depicting Christ as the Good Shepherd walking with a lamb on his shoulder.
Btw, as far as I could guess, there is nothing wrong with this dog.
Many thanks for your support and for your lovely comments and fav's on yesterday's picture.
In our country it`s also a wild flower . you can find them often in the verges. We use them as a herb. In you garden they will seeds themselfs and find them after some years everywhere .
Other than his short legs which may or may not make it hard to keep up with his master, it seems to me the dog's man just likes to spoil him! Fun street shot.
