Day 4 (24th July) – second stop.
After the gorge we travelled to the highest mountain in Austria – the Grossglockner and it’s several snow capped peaks. The Grossglockner, at 3,798 metres above the Adriatic (12,461 ft), is also the highest mountain in the Alps east of the Brenner Pass. In this shot we have descended our coach and crossing the road for a better view of the amazing scenery and the valley below. I feel so thrilled when I’m up so high.
Dramatic shots to follow.
