At last I can now start showing some shots of our Seville holiday, which was just a fortnight after we went to Lisbon.
The story was that my brother-in-law phoned one day after we had booked our Lisbon holiday and said “We are going for a four-day break in Seville. Would you like to join?” I looked at Christine, who I was sure would say “no” because we had been there only the year before. Instead she said “yes”.
It would be a different holiday, and very enjoyable too. We travelled by public buses and trains to wherever we went with no ties, leaving the hotel before daybreak and returning to shower and sleep late at night.
These are some of the first shots I took of Seville as we walked from the hotel to the city centre, barely 5 minutes away on foot.
The colorful buildings remind me of a place we love to visit here- Cape May- although those are Victorian mansions with bright colors- and not as old as these amazing structures. Great collage!
