Still showing shots from our second day in Seville of two months ago and I am still processing the shots I took there.
Time for dinner while in the city centre, very near to the cathedral and after I had come across the Seville Football Club and their outlet – had a look inside but didn’t buy anything. Those who know me know that my lifetime hobby has been football, so it was lovely for me to see the club even from outside.
I had heard of this Spanish dish – paella - but had never tasted it before, so straight for paella it was. To be honest I wasn’t much impressed - it’s like curry rice without curry or rice salad. You can have it with different ingredients, mine was with chicken. But it went down well with a bottle of white wine which my brother-in-law who took this picture and me shared between us. In this picture, together with me are Christine and my sister, MaryGrace. My brother-in-law, Joe, took the picture.
Thank you so much for your views, comments and fav's.
Great capture of you and your family! Paella can be lovely with nice spicy sausage, chicken, lots of veggies, tomatoes, lemon and spicy rice. It can have seafood but only if you like that. Personally I prefer the meat version. It totally depends on the chef how edible it is. But you had lots of wine and that is always lovely.
I've had seafood paella & enjoued it, maybe it depends on the Chef.
At least you had wine!😊
