One last shot from last Saturday’s sunrise. The clouds had subsided by the time I took this shot and a beautiful day was on its way.
The title reminds me of the same day of 54 years ago – 21st September, 1964 when a new dawn came on Malta. For the previous 198 years Malta was a British colony and everything in the island depended on the British services whose only interest was keeping Malta as their fortress in the Mediterranean. Since then Malta has built a strong economy and attracts thousands of foreign workers who come to earn a living here.
Many thanks for your views, comments and fav's on yesterday's pcture. Very much appreciated.
