This is the Xarolla Windmill situated in the village of Żurrieq. As far as I know this is the only remaining fully-equipped windmill in Malta. The only other one I know of is in Gozo. Too many power lines crossing the road have made it impossible for me to remove them from the picture.
I have posted a shot of this windmill some time ago but definitely from a different angle.
