All good things must come to an end. And so it happened when we went to Marsaxlokk with my brother, Joe and his wife and my sister, Mary Grace and her husband. But I was still hungry for pictures so when, on our way back I saw the sun setting behind this field. I stopped the car at the side of the road and took a quick shot.
The stalks you see there are for vines which at the time were dormant and pruned for the next season. This is one of the fields that produces grapes for one of Malta’s high quality wines – Marnisi.
Many thanks for your views, comments, and fav’s. They are very much appreciated.
A beautiful capture of the silhouettes and wonderful sky. Fav.
( I wander how long those views exist. The landscape chance rapidly by human activities. I read to day they are planning to buld and solar park of 35 Ha. nearby)
