Wrapped up well and spent several hours in the garden. The patio border is looking much better but I must do something about Allan's old boots which look much more fun with flowers growing in them!
Three good things
1. At last, a day in the garden. Lots of pruning and weeding and sorting and I'll sleep well tonight.
2. There are buds on the lovely hydrangea I was given by the pupil support team last June. So pleased as we've had a pretty long severe winter.
3. A long soak in the bath and fish and chips for tea!!
It's so satisfying to get in the garden & make tidy all the debris from the winter. I don't particularly like gardening but I do like things tidy, once I get out there I get into it better, it's just the thought!
@jamibann thank you.....the boots have been there for almost two years. Our little grandson loved to help me in the garden and we filled them with compost and flowers for fun!!
